Gary P. Oliver, Senior Architect with CA&D, a native of Dallas, Texas, and graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design/Architecture has over 35 years experience in Architecture and Construction. 

 

Since starting his career in 1981 he has provided service to owners, developers, managers, builders and design professionals across the southern United States.  The diverse range of projects include: Single-family, Multi-family, Hospitality, Entertainment, Low & Mid-rise Office, Office Warehouse, Retail, Restaurant, Healthcare, Education and more.  Most project services include: Site Design and Planning, Building Design, coordination with professional consultants, preparation of Construction Documents and Construction Administration.  Working with real estate investor groups and management companies, he supervised capital improvement programs architecturally revitalizing dozens of multi-family properties across the Southeast.

 

With extensive project architect, design, detailing and construction administration experience, Mr. Oliver operated his own Design/Build firm, where he not only produced the documents for construction, but also built projects and was responsible for every aspect of the projects from start to finish. 

 

These experiences have given Mr. Oliver strong management skills and knowledge of how to do the job right the first time.  This, combined with an insistence on meeting high standards, makes him especially well qualified to provide full project design and support to our clients.
