CA&D's Principal Architect, Richard King, has over 35 years of experience in all facets of architecture, construction, construction management, project management, and development. He has coordinated consultants in all 50 states for the design and management of over 1,000 corporate facilities.  He has experience with national corporate architecture programs, and project management with development coordination and design, in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Colorado and Utah.  Richard’s experience includes projects in the private and government sectors, and include hospitality, retail, restaurants, industrial, television studios, master planning, communications, U.S. Postal Service, municipal fire stations, warehouse distribution, automotive facilities-dealerships, multi-family, residential, manufacturing, office renovations and healthcare.

 

Richard has provided architectural and management services in a variety of design and construction contractual arrangements, including working with CMAR’s, design-bid-build, and design-build. Mr. King has worked for developers and owners as an internal remodel and renovation general contractor/architect and as a new-build contractor for the development companies.

 

CA&D’s corporate architectural experience for hospitality includes Hilton, Marriott and IHG products.
