Mr. Marmolejo has over 25 years of experience in architectural design, project construction management administration for a wide range of commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, aviation and senior living facilities.  He has architectural experience overseas using the metric system.  He has an extensive working knowledge in architectural software including: Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Photoshop.

Carlos's experience with expansive stadium design (Texas Rangers Baseball), working internationally on projects in South America, and, the extended DFW Airport TRIP (Terminal Renovation Improvement Project), brings a specific knowledge base often needed on CA&D's more challenging projects.
